The Academy welcomes academic and administrative staff from partner Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to participate in teaching or training mobilities.
E+ MOBILITY FOR ACADEMIC STAFF - TRAINING/TEACHING
(under KA131 project)
Academics wishing to undertake teaching or training mobility under a KA131 project should contact the relevant Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator:
- Ms Dominika Głowala - Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator for students, doctoral students, graduates and academic staff in the Artistic discipline of Visual Arts and Art Conservation
- Mr Kacper Trębacz, PhD - Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator for students, doctoral students, graduates and academic staff in the Artistic discipline of Musical Arts
The relevant Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator signs Invitation Letters and Mobility Agreements for incoming academic staff (together with the Dean of the host faculty). They also confirm the actual mobility dates in the Confirmation Letter/Certificate of Attendance on behalf of the Academy of Art in Szczecin.
E+ MOBILITY FOR ACADEMIC STAFF - TRAINING/TEACHING
(under KA171 project)
Academics wishing to undertake a teaching or training mobility under a KA171 project should first be nominated by their home HEI, based on the available funding. Nominations should be sent to the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator - Paulina Judycka.

The relevant Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator signs Invitation Letters and Mobility Agreements for incoming academic staff (together with the Dean of the host faculty). They also confirm the actual mobility dates in the Confirmation Letter/Certificate of Attendance on behalf of the Academy of Art in Szczecin.
For KA171 projects, the Academy issues a related to the grant/scholarship amount, signed by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator and the Vice-Rector for International Relations.

Any administrative staff wishing to undertake training mobility under a KA131 or KA171 project should contact the Erasmus+ Office or the Erasmus+ International Coordinator.

All Erasmus+ incoming staff should have health insurance covering the period of their planned mobilty.
It can be either a private insurance policy obtained in their country of origin, or in Poland or a voluntary health insurance by the Polish National Health Fund.
