APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
1. NOMINATION BY INSTITUTION
The Academy only processes applications of students who have first been nominated by partner institutions.
Nomination deadlines:
- for the first (autumn/winter) semester: May 15
- for the second (spring/summer) semester: November 30
The nomination from the university should include the following information about the student:
- name and surname
- mail
- date of birth
- student nationality
- semester of the exchange
- year of study and cycle (Bachelor/Master) during the exchange
- for which field of study student applys
- Erasmus code of the sending academy
2. SENDING APLICATION FILES by student
Once nominated, student applying for E+ study period at the Academy of Art in Szczecin should do the following:
- Fill in the Application Form (you can find the Application Form in the Files to download for students section on the right)
- Print the Application Form, have it approved (get the signatures of the relevant persons at one’s home institution).
- Send us by e-mail to agata.ilnicka@akademiasztuki.eu or erasmus@akademiasztuki.eu
- Scan of fully completed Aplication Form with all signatures and approvals
- CV
- Portfolio/Recording
- After sending us your application mail, wait for the e-mail with the information about the acceptance/rejection of one’s application – the portfolio will be forwarded to the Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator, who will decide about the relevant faculty and contact the relevant Dean for assessment.
- If the application is accepted - you gonna prepare the Learning Agreement/ Online Learning Agreement (OLA) with the help of Mobility Coordinator.

ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND ADDITIONALS FOR VISA
The Academy issues acceptance letters for students who have applied successfully. Students from partner HEIs in program countries (KA 131 mobility projects) are invited for the period of the whole semester including the re-sit examination session. Students from partner HEIs in countries beyond Europe (KA 171 mobility projects) are invited for the period covered by the funding, which may be slightly shorter than the semester itself.
INSURANCE
All E+ incoming students should have health insurance covering the period of their planned mobility. It can be either a private insurance policy obtained in their country of origin, or in Poland or a voluntary health insurance by the Polish National Health Fund.
